Designed by Rothelowman and delivered by Cera Stribley, Quartet is an 18-storey residential tower comprising 130 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, delivering a contemporary residential offering in Milton, just minutes from the Brisbane CBD. The project presents a cohesive architectural response, with elegant forms brought together in a harmonious composition that balances privacy and connection, scale and subtlety, light and flow, inspired by Queensland’s subtropical lifestyle.
A landscaped rooftop garden crowns the building, providing residents with premium shared amenities including a 25-metre lap pool, gym, sauna, steam room and cold plunge, as well as a private dining room with full kitchen, residents’ lounge and workspace, and open-air BBQ and entertaining areas. Together, these elements support indoor–outdoor living, abundant natural light and panoramic views, delivering a refined, wellness-focused residential environment within a well-connected inner-city precinct.
