Comprising luxury residences and a premium hotel, the development features a distinctive façade of steel, solid stone and bronze, complemented by an exceptional range of amenities including a pool, sauna, yoga studio, co-working spaces, hospitality venues and landscaped terraces. The project also incorporates a 120-bay automated car stacker system, eight passenger lifts and integrates with a 5,000 sqm urban park, creating a vibrant destination that seamlessly combines luxury living, hospitality and public realm.
