This project involved the refurbishment works associated with the lift and lift lobby augmentation at Monash University. IGS provided Fire Engineering services, undertaking an NCC 2019 façade compliance review and designing modifications to fire-rated walls and doors within Building 37 to support the upgraded vertical transportation works while maintaining compliance with current fire safety and regulatory requirements.
