Adaptive reuse of the Locomotive Building into PCA A Grade, 5 Star NABERS & 6 Star Greenstar office space with boutique Food & Beverage retail offering
Services carried out: Full Design of Electrical, Level 3 ASP Works (relocation & decommissioning of Ausgrid assets, HV lead-in, 3 surface chamber substations, 1 upper level substation, TBS kiosks, 2 new permanent kiosks, lighting), extensive Public Domain works in accordance with City of Sydney Council requirements, high tech telco infrastructure consisting of “blown fibre” & specialist lighting
